missingWrote a review on 26 Novcancellation policylimited breakfast
The 42-day cancellation policy is quite unusual. Communication with the front desk proved tricky. An unresponsive email and lack of contact number were frustrating. Noise from the plaza, even with the soundproofing glass doors, made it tough to sleep without a white noise generator. Breakfast options were limited. Two slices of bread and a croissant daily is a pretty bland offering. The bathroom design placed the towel shelf dangerously close to the toilet, resulting in a few head bumps.

Clean and the staff was very amiable and attentive. Had double room with balcony. Paid £ 55. Perfect location: 10 minutes' walk to metro station. Nearby Mercado de la Reina - great place to chill out...

The property's location was magnificent, in center of the city. There where a work desk, multi-channel TV, and ironing facilities in my double room. A bath in the very comfortable bathroom was super awesome:)))

The staff was friendly, providing excellent recommendations for things to do and places to eat.
The breakfast selection was disappointingly limited, with only basic items like a few slices of bread, a croissant, and some cheese, which could really use more variety.

Oh man, that Moroccan pancake at Chocolateria de la Puerta del Sol? A game changer! Not to mention the super friendly staff who helped me find my way around. The location is spot-on for walking to all the hotspots!
But on the flip side, breakfast was a snooze fest-just the same two slices of bread and a croissant every day. I'd have loved a kettle for some tea on those cooler mornings too!

Family with children Good experience
The owner was kind, letting us check in early after our flight got rescheduled. Plus, the view from our balcony was nothing short of lovely, overlooking a lively plaza that added a vibrant touch to our stay.
It wasn't exactly affordable,, but for the location and service, it was reasonable.

The location is prime, just a minute from transportation and within walking distance of key attractions. The staff went out of their way to assist, especially when we faced a small issue with our child. Their care made a difference. The room felt a bit stuffy at times, and noise from the surrounding area was noticeable. Breakfast options are limited in variety, and the overall ambiance could use some enhancement to make it more inviting.

I had a fantastic two-night stay! The hotel room was clean and had a lovely balcony overlooking the bustling Plaza, and breakfast was a solid value at 3.5 euros. However, it was a bit noisy at night, so be prepared for that.

Just a decent option for a whistle-stop in Madrid with high value for money. The staff was super helpful in giving directions to nearby attractions. Bring your own snacks since the breakfast is quite basic.
